MasterSeal™ – The Industry’s #1 Choice for Sealcoating
MasterSeal™ Ready To Use is a ready to use clay-stabilized, mineral-filled asphalt emulsion pavement sealer. It is fortified with gilsonite, fibers, and sand for slip resistance and durability. MasterSeal™ Ready to Use is designed to protect and beautify all asphalt pavement surfaces including parking lots, driveways, airports, shopping malls, roadways, and more.
One gallon of MasterSeal™ Ready To Use will cover approximately 30-60 square feet per coat when properly mixed and applied.
NOTE: Coverage rate may vary due to pavement age, porosity, and method or application.
- User Friendly – No Irritating Fumes (Non-Toxic)
- Deep, Rich Black Color
- More Flexible – Won’t Check Crack
- Ideal for all Asphalt Pavement Surfaces
New asphalt surfaces must cure a minimum of four weeks under ideal weather conditions before sealcoat is applied. Surface must be clean and free from all loose material, dirt, and dust. Pavement surface repairs should be made with a suitable hot or cold asphalt mix, such as PatchMaster. Cracks should be filled with SealMaster Hot Pour or Cold Applied crack fillers. Treat all grease, oil, and gasoline stains with SealMaster® Petro Seal or Prep Seal.
Product is a ready to use material that does not require the addition of water or sand. Stir product thoroughly before applying. If required, a small amount of water may be added to facilitate application.
For optimum performance and durability, apply two coats. A third coat may be applied to high traffic areas such as entrances, exits, and drive lanes.
Apply by squeegee, brush, or spray. Allow a minimum of 2 to 4 hours drying time before applying second coat. Allow 24 hours before parking cars or allowing traffic to resume. Longer cure times will improve longevity of coating.
Temperatures (surface and ambient) must be above 50°F both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Wash tools in water before material dries.
